This website is operated by Tupper Security Services (ABN 30 334 789 764), 9 Trumpy Street, Silkstone QLD 4304. We hold Queensland Security Firm Licence (Class 1) #4572076 issued by the Queensland Office of Fair Trading.
2. Use of the site
You may browse the site for personal or business purposes related to engaging a security provider. You agree not to use the site to break the law, harvest data, run automated tools beyond what a normal browser would, or interfere with how the site functions for other visitors.
3. Information accuracy
We do our best to keep the content accurate and current — pricing ranges, service descriptions, and licence details. Nothing on the site is a binding offer to provide security services. The terms of any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement signed before work begins.
4. Quotes and enquiries
Submitting a contact form or quote request is a request for information, not a contract. We'll respond, scope your needs, and provide a written quote. A service relationship begins only when both parties sign a service agreement.
5. Intellectual property
The site's content, code, images, and branding are owned by Tupper Security Services or used under licence. Don't copy, republish, or repurpose them without written permission.
6. Third-party links
We may link to third-party sites (Google Maps, regulator pages, partner organisations). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute about the website goes to courts in Queensland.
