What we look for

• Current Queensland Security Provider Licence — class relevant to the work
• Background check passed (we run our own as part of onboarding)
• Reliability — show up when you say you will, log every pass, debrief honestly
• Calm under pressure — most of the job is uneventful, but the moments that aren't matter
• Drivers licence and your own reliable transport for mobile patrol roles

Roles we hire for

• Mobile patrol officers — overnight and weekend cover across Ipswich and the corridor
• Alarm response officers — 24/7 dispatch, mostly overnight
• Crowd controllers — Brisbane CBD events, Suncorp precinct, Fortitude Valley venues
• Static guards — corporate reception, after-hours office cover, event posts
• Event security officers — corporate functions, weddings, venue work
