Security for licensed venues, restaurants and hotels.
Crowd controllers and door cover that holds an RSA line. CCTV with retention long enough to settle a dispute. Calm uniformed presence — not the bouncer-ID model.
Tupper Security covers licensed venues, restaurants and hotels across Brisbane, Fortitude Valley and Ipswich. We provide licensed crowd controllers, door cover that runs with the venue's RSA posture, CCTV with dispute-grade retention, and lockup verification — sized to the licence type and trading hours of the venue. Anthony Tupper holds an individual Crowd Controller licence (#4063312); the firm operates under QLD Security Firm Licence (Class 1) #4572076.
What we cover
- Crowd controllers — licensed officers at the door, in line with the venue's RSA and house policy
- Door cover and ID screening — peak nights, weekends, fixture nights, special events
- Roving in-venue presence — for venues that want visible security inside, not just at the door
- CCTV with extended retention — for dispute resolution, OLGR queries, insurance claims
- Lockup verification — final officer check after close, alarm-set confirmation
- Event uplift — additional cover for live music, function nights, sporting fixtures
How we work with venue managers
The bouncer-ID model is the wrong one for most modern venues. Crowd controllers are licensed professionals running to a documented brief — managing the door queue, supporting the RSA position, calmly de-escalating before something becomes an incident. Our briefs are written with the duty manager, not handed down. We talk through what your peak nights actually look like, where incidents historically happen, how the venue wants the door to feel, and we staff to that.

What hospitality clients typically pay
Crowd control is priced per officer per shift, with rates that vary by night of week and licence type. Permanent venues usually run a recurring weekly contract; one-off events are quoted as fixed-price engagements. CCTV installs are quoted as fixed-price projects. See our pricing approach.
